After reading the article. I believe there is responsibility on the driver and the company.
The driver who insisted on driving recklessly
the company for not dealing with the issue
If a company I use to work for had dealt with a driving issue that several of us complained about to the management, they would not have a pt death in their history, and if the driver had listened to the warnings, they would still have job and reckless homicide would not be on their record.
