The Art of Patient Rapport

I recently wrote several articles on this topic for EMS Magazine and I’ll be speaking on the subject at EMS Expo in September.

Great session Steve. I am sure you are exhausted after over delivering with more than 2 hours of pure content that any EMS professional can and should use. More great feedback from the live attendees on ths one too. Good job.
It was very good. In fact. I attended the Skills session last week. The next day I had my skills tests for Emt-I. For my class. I did very well. I think I dropped 4 points out of 7 stations. This Ems boot camp is great stuff. Thanks again.
