I ended up in another field, school aged child care but now I am going for my dream. I stumbled upon your blog today as I have so many others in a quest to soak up as much as I can from experienced passionate professionals as yourself. I wanted to tell you that this post and all the others I have read on your site are truly inspiring and motivating. They are exactly what I need to keep myself motivated and to beat down the doubt monster. Thanks for what you are doing here. I'll be back often. How about this one. We have all heard the rant from the seasoned veteran about how "experience" is much more important than academic knowledge on the streets. Well, "experience allows you to make the same critical errors with increasing confidence". In other words, they don't know, what they don't know.
